To all our friends in Sydney, if you want to tune in to 2SER FM and listen to the show '' The Band Next Door '' and you'll get to hear our new stuff getting a spin through that medium that can't be recreated by any other means, the sound of music coming from a station through the ether to your ears, we're going to be coming your way soon and will probably be doing the Annandale so keep an eye out for that one, also what do you guys reckon of Rolling Stones cover of the bombing suspect, personally, the article is ok I think, but to me, it's a fucking disgrace that they've basically said to any lunatic on the precipice that, hey you want a bit of fame, go for it, we'll airbrush a rockstar pic for you and shove you on the cover.  At least when they put Manson on the cover, the undertone of that iconic cover, is that this person is a dangerous freak, not some to admire, follow etc, and people did anyway, what did they expect with this cover!? I mean cmon, they know what they're doing, sales have been down because of competing media, what better way to bump up sales, maybe Rolling Stone Australia should put , i'm not even going to use his name, the Melbourne rapist who snuffed out the life of an innocent and by all accounts, generally well liked nice decent person, with a bright future and loving family, yeah why not, chuck him on the cover, that'l get paper sales up, ahhhhhh fuck it all, sometimes you feel so powerless to contribute anything meaningful, anyhow rant over for now, keep an ear open and tune into '' The Band Next Door - on 2SER ''
